IceRadio.eu serves as a platform for aggregating and broadcasting internet radio stations using Icecast 2 technology. IceRadio.eu is not a broadcaster in the traditional sense, but provides the technical infrastructure for third parties to share their audio content.

02. Rights and Responsibilities of Broadcasters

Every user who utilizes our broadcasting slots or adds their external radio station to our catalog acknowledges the following:

• Copyright: The broadcaster bears full legal responsibility for the content they broadcast. Broadcasters must ensure they hold the necessary licenses and permissions for the musical works they stream (e.g., OSA, Intergram, PRS, ASCAP, or relevant local organizations).
• Prohibited Content: It is strictly forbidden to broadcast content that violates laws, incites hatred, violence, or discrimination.
• Misuse of Resources: Allocated broadcasting slots must not be misused for purposes other than the transmission of an audio signal.

03. Limitation of Liability

The operator of IceRadio.eu shall not be held liable for:

• Content broadcast by third parties (DJs and partner radio stations).
• Potential service interruptions caused by technical errors or server maintenance.
• Inaccuracies in metadata (song titles and album art) which are pulled from external sources.

04. Privacy & Data Protection

This website may store local data (LocalStorage) in your browser to remember your preferences, such as Dark Mode settings or preferred view (Grid/List). We do not store any personal data unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., via a contact form).

05. Final Provisions

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time or to remove a radio station that violates these terms or community standards without prior notice. These terms are effective as of February 14, 2026.
